
Michelle is a highly proficient thought leader with a reputation for constantly seeking innovative ways to drive change and improve the customer experience. Prior to Valor Global, Michelle managed the development and implementation of a lean management system for the State of Arizona where she coached executive teams toidentify improvement opportunities that include quantifiable and sustainable results. Using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, Michelle lead high value cross-functional project teams to improve processes that have a state-wide impact.
Prior to working for the State of Arizona, Michelle was a Project/Program manager for AT&T where she served as an executive leader of operational excellence and used continuous improvement methodologies to transform strategic initiatives. Michelle spent 8 years directing the process improvement programs where she was responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Michelle brings a wealth of experience in facilitation and corporate training and has been an instructor in higher education in the areas of business and law. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University with a dissertation focus on understanding how leadership styles impact transformational change in the public sector. Michelle holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt, Master’s Degrees in Customer Experience Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, MBA-Management from Western International University, and a B.S. in Global Business from Arizona State University and Legal Studies from Fayetteville College.
