Our NOC monitors infrastructure health, security, and capacity, and makes decisions and adjustments to ensure optimal network performance and organizational productivity.
Our pro-active approach ensures that when any action or intervention is needed, our NOC team can create alerts (or “tickets”) that identify and categorize the issue based on severity, alert type, etc. These tickets are assigned to our NOC or Service Desk team or escalated to our or customer’s engineers to resolve the problem and identify its root cause to prevent future issues.
