Matt was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, bringing over 7 years of experience within the Contact Center space, and more than 14 years of leadership experience within various business verticals.
Matt is a proven performance leader, and along with the EVP of Operations, Matt successfully leads the Valor Global Contact Center Operation. Matt is extremely passionate and driven to deliver the highest level of customer, client and employee satisfaction possible; a key to the success of Valor Global. Matt is dedicated to continuous improvement, innovative thinking, root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
Matt also enjoys traveling the world learning about various cultures, sharing and applying his newfound knowledge with this team for the improvement and growth of the business.
