Henry Alvarez Bio
Born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica, Henry started his 15-year career in contact centers back on February 2015. He has successfully grown through the ranks over the years, by showing extraordinary performance and leadership. He is familiar with all aspects of running a successful operation. Henry currently oversees operations in the Philippines.
Henry’s leadership style has been developed and refined over the years by experiencing fast changing projects and all while building strong long-term relationships between his team members and the clients we provide service. Exceeding expectations and admiring our people are two of his main objectives every day.
When not working, Henry likes to travel around the world, getting to know more about other countries and cultures.
He also loves to play and watch all kind of sports (especially soccer) and spend time with his family.
